THE WARRIOR EXPERIMENT

Find & Feel your Warrior Vibes! Increase your energy, get better sleep, clear your mind, get a healthy glow and maybe even lose a little weight! This is the Yoga Warrior approach to Dry January! 

 

The rules are simple:

  • Continue your Yoga Practice to detoxify and take a break from alcohol for 30 days (Jan 1st) 

  • Get a copy of Annie Grace's book, "The Alcohol Experiment."

  • Attend any or all of the thought-provoking breakthrough practicum sessions that will include: A warrior approach to brain health & nutrition, fantastic mocktails(1+years in the making), meditation & breathwork(created specifically for this series), establishing wellness values for 2020, mindset work & maintenance worksheets(keep the good working going!), special guest speakers, & more!
