Statement of Integrity
At the core of my offering is a commitment to integrity, rooted in the authenticity of my own journey and in my pursuit of emotional balance and holistic well-being. Through this journey, I've come to understand the transformative power of embracing a life free from alcohol, enriching my health and relationships along the way. As a Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator and Rest Coach, I advocate for practices that promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and inner healing. My dedication to these practices extends beyond professional recommendation – they are integral to my daily life, alongside a diverse array of activities that nourish my mind, body, and soul, from strength training to journaling, from creating art to immersing myself in nature.
As someone who has grappled with measuring worth through productivity and pleasing, I understand the journey toward self-worth and fulfillment on a deeply personal level. My commitment to leading by example is unwavering, as I embody the principles of alcohol-free living, mindfulness, and intentional self-care in every facet of my life.
I share my triumphs and vulnerabilities openly, creating a space of trust and authenticity where my clients become empowered to embrace exploring their own path of growth with self-compassion.
Together, let us navigate the journey towards vibrant health, emotional balance, and the realization of our highest potential.

I’m glad you found me.

I have been a working artist and creative professional for decades. Creating with my hands is both a gift and an essential part of my vibrant living. My professional exhibitions include work in clay, printmaking, digital montage, clothing, and jewelry.
After formal study in the Fine Arts, earning an MFA from Louisiana State University and a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art, I spent a decade teaching within academic art communities. I guided students to create from the heart, encouraging discovery not by playing it safe, but through an earnest curiosity for what is possible. Those years among deeply talented and devoted artists continue to inspire me through their ability to enlighten, embolden, and adorn our world.

Following my time in academia, I began searching for a space and place to root into life more fully, imagining a kind of homestead of my own. While I had ideas about what that might look like, life, as it often does, had other intentions.

Movement, breath, and meditation became anchors during this season. Becoming an E-RYT500 Yoga Instructor transformed my inner dialogue and deepened my connection to my body, mind, heart, and soul. For over 20 years, I taught mindful movement and contemplative practices in studio settings, supporting others in cultivating presence, awareness, and self-trust. This path eventually led me to specialize in Yoga Nidra, a practice that profoundly shaped my understanding of rest, integration, and nervous system healing.

My coaching work emerged from a period of deep personal clarity and recommitment to living fully and honestly. Aligning my life more intentionally with my core values of clarity and courage reshaped how I relate to myself, my body, and the world around me. From that place, my work naturally evolved into supporting others in living with greater presence, integrity, and embodied awareness.

This evolution has led to my most recent and ongoing body of work: Grounded Grace. Grounded Grace is both a philosophy and a practice. It is a way of living that honors ambition without urgency, growth without force, and healing without fixing. As an Embodied Wisdom Guide and Rest Coach, I support people in reconnecting with their inner rhythms through contemplative inquiry, gentle movement, rest practices, and nervous system-aware tools. Rather than striving to become someone new, this work invites a return to what is already true and a learning to live from that place with steadiness, discernment, and grace.

Everything I have done has prepared me for what’s next. I know I am not even close to being finished exploring, listening, or discovering.

I hope my offerings support and inspire you.
